To achieve these goals, we are constantly innovating and upgrading our services at no additional cost to our customers.  In order to improve the security/performance of accounts, we have completed the migration of your account to our new server location with much more features.

This is to inform a planned maintenance that is scheduled to take place on 8th of July 2021. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience which will be caused during the maintenance. We suggest postpone your work with your accounts and websites until after the maintenance.

Important notice for Customers

• If you are using CDN, you are advice to change the IP (192.99.75.42).

• Do not need to change nameservers, it will be change automatically.

• Drop a ticket to get information about the IP.

 

MIGRATION STEPS

Preview Site. Check that your website looks and functions correctly at your preview domain on the new server (e.g. greenline.lk). Login to Control Panel and go to the Support section and click on "Domain & DNS Settings" page to see your "preview domain".

Update DNS. Once you are sure your website looks good on the new server, update your Domain(s) DNS to point to your web server's IP address.

 

REPORT ISSUES

If you will experience any outage or a data loss, please drop us an email to support@greenline.lk or Open a Ticket. Please contact us through above method for any queries or if you experience any outage or a data loss during or after the maintenance within 72 hours.!  We will not take any responsibility for subsequent inquires.
